Confidential consultation

$750

A private phone consultation offers a focused first conversation about your needs, fit, and the most appropriate next step.

Care shaped around the person, not a template.

Dr. Edwards provides individualized psychiatric evaluation and ongoing care with attention to clinical complexity, privacy, and continuity.

Adult psychiatry

Personalized evaluation and ongoing care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar illness, and complex medication needs.

Youth & family care

Support for adolescents and children ages 10+, with developmentally appropriate care and family collaboration when clinically appropriate.

Concierge continuity

A discreet, direct physician relationship designed for thoughtful follow-through between scheduled visits.

Direct access, with clear clinical boundaries.

For established concierge clients, non-urgent texting can support medication questions, side effects, and refill coordination. Emergencies require 911, 988, or emergency care.

Armed & Out the Door

Practical skills, released when they fit your care.

The lesson card is the center of the appointment and the bridge into after-care: one practical skill, paired with only the clinician-selected links, reading, and bonus practice that fit the moment.

For families

Parent and guardian support materials are released separately and never include a minor client’s private reflections or unreleased homework.

For your real life

Lessons can be explored individually, as a couple, or as a family, with each step tailored to the current visit and care plan.

Clinician controlled

Lessons, tools, medication handouts, and progress views remain private until Dr. Edwards explicitly releases them.

Panic: return to the present

Notice the cue

When your body feels urgent and your thoughts begin to race.

Practice this week

Feet on floor for 10 seconds, then two rounds of a steady box breath.

Clinician-selected film or media moment

Clinician-selected music reset

Optional reading or reflection prompt

This is an illustrative example. Your actual lesson card, links, and bonus materials are selected and released individually by Dr. Edwards.

A lesson card for the moment

Each appointment can end with one focused skill card: the cue to notice, the practical response to try, and a clear next step for the week.

Links that support the practice

When clinically useful, Dr. Edwards can attach a specific film or media moment, music selection, reading, or bonus practice directly to that lesson.

Released individually and privately

Only the lesson and resources selected for you appear in your secure portal. Nothing is automatically unlocked by age, membership, relationship, or sequence.

Curated between appointments

If You Know, You Know

A clinician-curated reading library, shared only with Dr. Edwards’ explicit, client- and visit-specific release.
