Important safety and care guidance

Not for emergencies

Do not use this directory for urgent or emergency symptoms. Call 911 or seek emergency care for chest pain, trouble breathing, severe allergic reaction, confusion, fainting, seizure, or any other emergency concern.

Physician order and licensed care

In California, IV services should be provided only with an appropriate physician order and by properly licensed, qualified professionals acting within their scope of practice.

Clearance first

Obtain clearance from your primary care clinician or psychiatrist before arranging IV services, especially if you have medical conditions, take prescription medications, are pregnant, or have had prior reactions to infusions.

Verify licensure

Confirm the license and standing of any clinician or facility before scheduling.
